Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) at Infranexus
At Infranexus, we are taking a considered approach to account for the assets we manage, and our aim is to work alongside our managed assets and key stakeholders to evolve our ESG and sustainability intentions.
Infranexus Management ensures a coordinated, aligned and a consolidated approach for our ESG reporting. We aim to verify the accuracy of information today and into the future to assist and guide the sustainability of our managed assets.
By collecting, monitoring, and reporting on our ESG performance indicators, we expect to responsibly manage risks, capture opportunities, and continually improve our ESG performance.
We are committed to a responsible approach to Sustainability and Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) principles. We recognise that we have an important role to play in managing our assets and related interfaces with our employees, patrons, key stakeholders, and the broader community.

Corporate Governance
Our corporate governance is guided by our vision, purpose and values, and particularly our commitment to accountability.
During FY24, we undertook considerable steps to improve transparency and accountability across our businesses. Key corporate governance milestones included:
- Engagement of an IT Main Service Provider
- Roll out of our Board endorsed Risk Management Framework training sessions for communicating our risk philosophy to our employees, service providers and contractors
- Management of modern slavery risks at subcontractor level by receiving confirmation of compliance from our key service partners working on our assets
- Ensuring no conflicts of interest for our third-party appointments
- Enhanced data management
- Continuing to actively monitor air quality at Southern Cross Station and consult with stakeholders
- Assessing suppliers for future investments with a focus on ethical and environmental practices; and local industry capability.
Our People, Remuneration and Sustainability Committee and Finance, Audit and Risk Committee provide additional guidance to our Board, and we have robust frameworks of risk management and assurance.
Our range of policies include our Whistleblower Policy and our Privacy Policy.
