Live-in Learning manages a range of student accommodation and facilities at Curtin University including a significant part of the multi-award winning mixed-use precinct (known as Curtin Exchange) that includes student and private accommodation, a hotel, commercial space and retail facilities. Services are provided under a concession with Curtin University that runs until 2054.
