Praeco Pty Ltd operates and maintains the purpose-built Defence Headquarters Joint Operations Command in Bungendore, NSW, also known as the General John Baker Complex.
The facility operates under a 30-year concession from the Australian Federal Government to 2036. Its primary income stream is a monthly services payment received from the Department of Defence.
Did you know?
The facility is named after General John Baker AC DSM, an Australian Army officer who served with distinction, including in the Vietnam War. He rose to become the Chief of the Defence Force from 1995-1998.
